About The Position

St. Jude Children's Research Hospital is seeking applications for its Nurse Residency Program, designed for new graduate nurses. This twelve-month program offers a comprehensive blend of didactic and simulation content to prepare nurses for roles as Pediatric Oncology Nurses. The program provides extensive support for new graduates, including assistance with NCLEX preparation with study materials and designated study time. It also features a six-week rotation through various nursing service lines (Inpatient Units, Outpatient Clinics, and Nursing Surgical Services) to help residents explore different areas before matching with a team.

Requirements

• Must be a new or upcoming BSN graduate.
• Must have completed BSN program before January 2027.
• BSN required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required.

• Personal statement or cover letter (300 word limit)

Nice To Haves

• 3.5 GPA or above is highly preferred.
• 3.2 GPA minimum preferred.

Responsibilities
