Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or related engineering field
0–4 years of relevant experience
EIT certification or ability to obtain within 6 months
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D drafting and design
Understanding of grading, drainage, and site design principles
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work in both office and field settings

Nice To Haves

Construction observation or oversight experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Prepare engineering drawings and design layouts using AutoCAD Civil 3D
Assist with grading, drainage, and site design development
Support preparation of plans, specifications, cost estimates and technical reports
Support flood plain and hydraulic structure analysis
Participate in field work including construction observation and documentation
Coordinate with project managers and multidisciplinary teams
