About The Position

As an Electrical Engineer, Graduate, you will support the design, development, modification, and evaluation of electronic components, circuitry, and hardware systems, applying established engineering principles to develop reliable solutions, perform testing and analysis, and coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to meet performance, manufacturability, and reliability requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field
  • 0-2+ years’ experience with engineering software, modeling tools, and technical documentation practices
  • Experience designing and evaluating electronic components, circuitry, and hardware systems
  • Proficiency with electrical design tools, simulation software, and test equipment
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
  • Knowledge of component selection, reliability principles, and supplier evaluation
  • Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and documentation
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while seeking guidance appropriately
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and exercise sound judgment on technical assignments
  • Commitment to continuous improvement, technical growth, and collaborative problem solving

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the design and development of electronic parts, components, and integrated circuitry by determining design approaches, parameters, and technical requirements (35%).
  • Perform analyses, modeling, and experimental testing to establish operating data and evaluate system behavior, performance, and reliability (25%).
  • Select electronic components, equipment, and materials based on specification analysis, technical requirements, and reliability criteria (20%).
  • Review and assess vendor capabilities to determine suitability for supporting product development and component sourcing (10%).
  • Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to support design decisions, resolve technical issues, and contribute to overall product readiness (10%).
