The Graduate Engineer Accelerated Rotational (GEAR) program is a two-year entry-level rotational program designed to develop early-career talent into technical leaders for Ethicon. It provides hands-on experience and builds a supportive network. The program offers technically focused experiences across the three Ethicon franchises: Endomechanical-Energy, Wound Closure & Healing, and Biosurgery. This role aims to bring significant improvements to Ethicon products and processes, fostering professional growth within the technical track. Participants will support and learn about various product families, contributing to the mission of innovating patient care. The Global Technical Operations (GTO) team, where this role resides, is at the forefront of medical device technology, collaborating with R&D, manufacturing sites, and suppliers to develop and maintain robust component designs and manufacturing processes.
