The Community Coordinator and Program Assistant will assist the Director of the Honors Program and the Kalos Chair / Executive Director of the Institute for Faith and Culture with strategic initiatives, event planning, and developing a robust cocurricular experience for students enrolled in the programs under their leadership. The Community Coordinator and Program Assistant will also assist the faculty who office in the Honors House with providing a physical presence during its regularly scheduled hours of availability and occasional special evening and weekend events. The Community Coordinator and Program Assistant must affirm an understanding of, and willingness not to advocate contrary to, the Baptist Faith & Message 2000 and the University’s Statement on Human Flourishing. They must also agree to abide by the employee handbooks, including community standards agreements.
