About The Position
This role involves creating short (1-2 minute) videos for over 60 unique chapels offered each semester to help students understand their options before committing. The videos will primarily consist of interviews with chapel leaders, explaining the chapel's purpose and intended audience, and may include B-roll footage from the chapels for added context.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Premier.
- Proficiency with DSLR and Blackmagic camera systems.
- Proficiency with audio and lighting equipment.
- Strong administration, organization, and communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- Gain a greater appreciation for the diverse traditions, liturgical practices, and forms of worship within the church.
- Greater familiarity with docu-style content.
Responsibilities
- Light, shoot, and mic all interviews, including setup and teardown.
- Check out and return necessary equipment from FDM.
- Shoot B-roll of chapels.
- Edit content.
