About The Position
The Intramural Athletics Program is seeking a Graduate Assistant for the 2026-2027 academic year. This position involves approximately 15 hours per week dedicated to intramural athletics operations and 5 hours of record keeping, including game results and daily scoresheets. The role offers learning opportunities in program organization, leadership, communication, and record keeping, developing skills in time management, problem-solving, and professional conduct.
Requirements
- Must be a graduate student carrying a minimum of six credit hours each semester.
- Must remain in good academic standing from semester to semester to continue an appointment.
- Ability to always display professional appearance and behave in a professional manner.

Responsibilities
- Writing up the daily scoresheets.
- Field preparation (weekly lining of fields and daily set-up and break-down of equipment).
- Daily supervision of game officials and officiating as needed.
- Score keeping and recording of game results.
- Daily Communications with Athletic Officers, team captains, and intramural team members.
- Promotion of upcoming events.
