About The Position

The University of Arkansas at Monticello (UAM), one of twenty campuses of the University of Arkansas System, is seeking a Graduate Assistant for the Baseball program. UAM is a comprehensive, residential and commuter, undergraduate institution also offering selected master’s degree programs, located in southeastern Arkansas. This position will assist the head baseball coach and assistant coach with various aspects of the program, including recruitment, practice organization, game preparation, administrative duties, scouting, and monitoring academic progress of student-athletes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Applicants must be admitted or eligible for admission into an approved graduate program of study
• Must be enrolled in classes or planning to enroll for Fall 2026
• Must have great communication skills
• Must have a strong work ethic
• Must be able to work well with others
• Proof of legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment
