About The Position

Graduate Ambassadors serve as the front-line of customer service for all prospective students and families. These students maintain a thorough knowledge of the university and will develop professional skills in communication, time management, and personal responsibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree Required
• Proficiency with Microsoft products and general current technology

• Customer service experience desired
• Ability to provide unmatched customer service to HPU guests
• Ability to communicate in a positive manner
• Ability to focus on details and prioritize
• Ability to work special events which may include evenings and/or weekends

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with members of the Admissions team
• Provides a consistent tour experience for Admissions guests 2-5 times on average per week based on availability
• Assist in creating a welcoming atmosphere on campus during admissions events and daily tours
• Provides comprehensive customer service to exceed visitors’ expectations
• Maintains positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating effectively with co-workers, supervisors and other members of the HPU Community
• Other duties as assigned
