About The Position
The School of Ministry seeks adjunct instructors to teach graduate-level courses in Bible, theology, pastoral ministry, nonprofit leadership, chaplaincy, philosophy of religion, intercultural studies, or other ministry-related disciplines. The role calls for a strong commitment to the Christian faith and excellence in teaching, scholarly research, and service. Instructors are expected to demonstrate expertise in their discipline, teach effectively, serve the college, university, and community, and integrate faith into coursework. Palm Beach Atlantic University is a comprehensive Christian university whose mission is to equip students to grow in wisdom, lead with conviction, and serve God boldly, emphasizing moral, spiritual, and intellectual development. Requirements
- Earned terminal degree in the specific discipline, such as a Ph.D. or equivalent, or a D.Min.
- Demonstrated expertise in the discipline.
- Commitment to teaching excellence and service to the college, university, and community.
- Demonstrated Christian commitment and ability to integrate faith into coursework.
- Include at least three references in the CV.

Nice To Haves
- Earned 18 graduate credit hours in a biblical, theological, philosophical, or ministry-related discipline.
- Prior collegiate-level teaching experience.
