About The Position

The Grader thoroughly examines and grades donated goods for sale in Goodwill of North Georgia retail stores. The role processes goods quickly to meet production goals in a fast-paced environment while following standard operating procedures. Graders may move among work areas to support daily production and are expected to maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Foster a healthy team culture focused on exceptional guest experience.
Good oral and written English communication skills and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and sound judgment.
Must be 18 or older to become certified and licensed to operate a forklift; individuals ages 16 to 17 may not operate forklifts, balers, or compactors.
Start employment wearing acceptable safety work shoes.
Able to work in heat, cold, and dust.
Able to bend, reach, grasp, stand and/or walk for extended periods, and push, pull, and lift up to 30 pounds, with or without accommodation.
Available to work Monday through Sunday during operating hours as needed.
