About The Position

B.H. Inc. of North Salt Lake City, UT is looking to hire a full-time experienced and certified Grader Equipment Operator to join our utility construction team. This specialized role involves the safe and precise operation of excavation equipment. This is a field-based position that requires a high degree of technical skill, safety commitment, and versatility. As an experienced Grader Equipment Operator, you will earn $29 to $36 (depending on experience) per hour to start, paid weekly. The schedule for this position varies but is typically Monday-Friday 40-50 hours per week. You will also be eligible for benefits including health, vision, dental, life insurance, a 401k plan with match, and paid time off (PTO). Requirements

Good experience with construction practices.
Proven ability to safely operate graders and various other heavy equipment.
Demonstrated experience with both rough and fine grade.
Willingness to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.).
Strong commitment to safety and the ability to strictly follow safety procedures and properly use all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
3 years of grader operation experience.
Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.
