About The Position

Alpha FMC is seeking motivated individuals for its North America Graduate Analyst Program. The program offers a structured first-year development journey designed to build essential skills, relationships, and experiences for success as a consultant. Requirements

  • Undergraduate or non-MBA master's students graduating between December 2026 and June 2027.
  • Highly motivated individuals excited by problem-solving, consulting, and making an impact.
  • Genuine interest in financial services, consulting, and helping clients solve complex business challenges.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and approach problems in a structured way.
  • Intellectual curiosity and a desire to continuously learn, develop, and take on new challenges.
  • An entrepreneurial, collaborative, and "builder" mindset with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and contribute wherever needed.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and confidently.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership experience through academic, professional, extracurricular, athletic, volunteer, or personal pursuits.
  • Available to start full-time in April or August 2027.
  • Willing and able to work from our NYC office, with an expectation of ~3 days per week in-office during your first year.
  • Willing to travel as needed for client engagements, workshops, and team events.
  • Have the legal right to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze data.
  • Conduct industry research.
  • Build presentations for senior stakeholders.
  • Participate in client workshops.
  • Develop recommendations to solve business challenges.
  • Support client projects across the alternative investments industry.
  • Gather business requirements.
  • Support enterprise-level system implementations.
  • Build reports and dashboards.
  • Test new functionality.
  • Help clients optimize their technology ecosystems.
