About The Position

This role is responsible for managing data and administrative requirements for government programs. The Data Manager will ensure compliance with contractual obligations, establish and maintain file management systems, and support project teams. Key duties involve project initiation, content management, procurement support, production planning, and execution, closeout, and warranty activities. The position also requires supporting testing and trial processes, including managing documentation and trial cards.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in the use of Oracle, spreadsheets, word processing, SharePoint, and email is required.
  • Possess and demonstrate excellent communication skills with the ability to read and write effectively, speak with clarity, and listen actively.
  • Must be able to perform at a high pace and can liaise between multi-functional groups across different organizational levels effectively.
  • The candidate must possess and demonstrate leadership skills and a willingness to support the project team.

Responsibilities

  • Review contract and specifications to ensure all administrative requirements are understood and established for a given program and compliant with all contractual requirements.
  • Initialize and develop all file management processes to support the PMO, including IDE, TMS and SharePoint, as well as mentor the project team on its use.
  • Develop meeting supporting material including presentations, meeting minutes, etc. as needed to support the PMO.
  • Assist, as needed, with developing all material requisitions required for the program.
  • Assist with scheduling and planning the required delivery of materials.
  • Assist with expediting materials and interact with the vendors to maintain a constant, on-time flow of materials to the proper workplace.
  • Provide back up support to Planning for creation of Produce Work Orders and associated reports for all production activities for assigned programs.
  • Support production supervision with management of QC/QA reports, as needed, to include filing them in electronic databases, as required.
  • Assist with developing Non-Conformance Reports.
  • Assist with management of contract changes including management of the Contract Change Log.
  • Support Test and Trial manager by submitting final approved test report, tracking and maintaining current test procedure and STAED sheet revisions, and providing all testing team members with packets of current revisions.
  • Manage Trial card process for Builders Trials and Acceptance Trials to include logging cards and card statuses, providing official card copies for sign offs, and closing cards in the system.
