About The Position
This is a Government Operations Consultant III position in the General Tax Administration (GTA) Program's, GTA Communications Process, Tax Education and Communication Team. The incumbent is responsible for developing tax education materials, coordinating speaking engagements, and editing communications and presentations for plain language, clarity, and consistency. The incumbent demonstrates excellent communication skills and performs both independent and teamwork activities to develop educational materials for print and electronic communication channels.
Requirements
- Three years of experience writing or editing communications, newsletters, videos, scripts, web-based tutorials, or other relevant media for publication.
- Experience working with Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1.
- Experience hosting, facilitating, or delivering workshops, training sessions, or webinars.
