JOB SUMMARY: This is a Government Operations Consultant I in the General Tax Administration (GTA) Program, Business Technology Office, Return and Revenue Processing Team. The incumbent verifies file load emails, reviews and works incidents and inquiries, and participates in the analysis of General Tax Administration online filing systems by participating in requirements gathering, system testing, and other related duties as needed.

Requirements

One or more years of experience administering taxes for the General Tax Administration Program.
One or more years of experience navigating and interpreting account information using SUNTAX tax accounting software.
