About The Position

You'll lead the grant process as the primary owner, ensuring alignment across program, finance, compliance, and leadership teams while developing compelling narratives that secure critical funding for survivors of domestic violence. Working at the intersection of strategy and storytelling, you'll identify funding opportunities, lead internal strategy discussions to determine pursuit decisions, craft persuasive proposals that translate service delivery into measurable outcomes, and cultivate strong relationships with funders throughout the grant lifecycle.
