In this position as Manager, Grant Writing, you will serve as the strategic architect of The Family Place's grant funding portfolio, managing the full lifecycle of grant opportunities, from identification and proposal development to funder relationship management and programmatic reporting. You'll lead the grant process as the primary owner, ensuring alignment across program, finance, compliance, and leadership teams while developing compelling narratives that secure critical funding for survivors of domestic violence. Working at the intersection of strategy and storytelling, you'll identify funding opportunities, lead internal strategy discussions to determine pursuit decisions, craft persuasive proposals that translate service delivery into measurable outcomes, and cultivate strong relationships with funders throughout the grant lifecycle. You'll manage an active grants pipeline and calendar, coordinate proposal development with cross-functional teams, ensure timely and accurate reporting that demonstrates impact, and serve as the internal subject matter expert on funder priorities and requirements. If you're an experienced grant professional with exceptional writing abilities, strategic thinking skills, and passion for securing resources that empower survivors and build safer communities, this is your opportunity to play a critical role in sustaining and growing funding that supports life-saving services.
