About The Position

Own and lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the operating systems and governance structures that enable effective execution across the Global MSAT organization, ensuring clarity, alignment, and disciplined follow-through. Drive leadership team effectiveness by structuring and facilitating key forums (e.g., weekly MSAT LT meetings, site visits), ensuring discussions are focused, decisions are captured, and actions are tracked to completion. Establish scalable approaches for cross-functional engagement, strengthening how MSAT interfaces with manufacturing sites, Pharmaceutical Sciences, and other global functions. Proactively identify operational inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement, developing and implementing structured solutions with measurable impact on execution, decision-making, and organizational performance.

Requirements

  • Advanced degree (MS, PhD, MBA, or equivalent) in a relevant field (preferred), with demonstrated experience in operations, strategy, business excellence, or program leadership within complex organizations, ideally with exposure to R&D / Pharmaceutical Sciences and manufacturing interfaces.
  • Highly structured, proactive, and results-oriented, with strong influencing skills and the ability to drive alignment, facilitate senior-level discussions, and execute with minimal direction.
  • Strong expertise in process improvement, governance design, and facilitation, with excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to translate complex inputs into clear actions and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and continuously improve operating systems, governance mechanisms, and execution cadences supporting Global MSAT, including leadership team forums, site engagement models, and cross-functional ways of working, with a particular focus on strengthening alignment with Pharmaceutical Sciences.
  • Facilitate key Global MSAT leadership processes, including weekly leadership team meetings, quarterly site visit preparation and follow-through, and Tuesday morning forums, ensuring discussions are well-structured, decisions and actions are clearly captured, and commitments are tracked through completion.
  • Lead knowledge management and meeting effectiveness practices, including agenda structuring, pre-read coordination, meeting minutes, action tracking, and documentation of decisions, ensuring leadership forums are efficient, actionable, and aligned to business priorities.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve organizational effectiveness, governance, and execution, and develop and implement practical solutions with measurable impact, using data and defined success metrics to demonstrate improvement.
  • Partner across Global MSAT, manufacturing sites, Pharmaceutical Sciences, and other key stakeholders, playing a central role in improving how MSAT and Pharm Sci align, communicate, and execute jointly to drive consistent, high-quality outcomes.
