Governance and Reporting Analyst

About The Position
This role involves developing and maintaining operational dashboards, metrics, KPIs, and executive reports. The analyst will coordinate reporting deliverables, support change management governance and CAB activities, and ensure documentation compliance. A key aspect of the role is analyzing performance, cost, security, and operational trends to identify areas for improvement, as well as maintaining compliance evidence repositories and reporting artifacts.
Requirements
- Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse.
- US Citizenship is contractually required.
- Bachelors degree from an accredited university.
- Minimum of THREE (3)+ years of overall work experience.
- Experience in governance, PMO, reporting, or operational analysis experience.
- Strong analytical and report-writing skills.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or similar reporting platforms.
- Experience supporting federal IT programs or operations.
Nice To Haves
- ITIL Foundation Certification.
- Experience supporting AWS or cloud-based programs.
- Knowledge of Agile metrics, SRE metrics, and DevOps reporting.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow reporting and workflow automation.
- Experience supporting FISMA or federal compliance initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain operational dashboards, metrics, KPIs, and executive reports.
- Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting deliverables across technical teams.
- Support change management governance, CAB activities, and documentation compliance.
- Analyze performance, cost, security, and operational trends to identify improvement opportunities.
- Maintain compliance evidence repositories and reporting artifacts.
