About The Position

Peraton is seeking a Governance and Events Specialist to support our customer onsite in Bethesda, Maryland. Responsibilities include supporting scheduling, coordinating, preparing, and executing meetings and events on and off site, including international partners and international locations. This role involves coordinating audio/video and facility support, delivering day-of support for meetings on-site, and coordinating additional support as necessary. The specialist will prepare and coordinate slides and other materials to support meetings and events, process visit requests, and perform close-out activities including collecting actions and disseminating meeting minutes. Additionally, the role serves as the Executive Secretariat of the Council to support and coordinate its functions and business, attends meetings as requested, records, types, and distributes meeting minutes to stakeholders, and creates and maintains databases as needed. The position ensures that office support is available on a timely basis and ensures understanding and compliance with established policies and guides. Due to the Partner's time zone, flexibility around start and finish times is essential.

Requirements

  • Requires a minimum of 5 years with BS/BA; No degree with 9 years
  • Requires TS/SCI with Polygraph
  • Executive-level oral and written communication skills
  • Experience in all aspects of facilitating successful large Government meetings
