About The Position

Peraton is seeking a Task 8 Line Manager to support our customer onsite in McLean, Va. Manages experienced professionals who exercise significant latitude and independence. Plans, conducts, and supervises assignments, generally involving larger and more important projects or multiple projects. Evaluates and determines changes in methods or procedures in assigned area of responsibility. Positions candidates for employment/promotion/termination, conducts performance evaluations and salary reviews for assigned staff (as applicable) and is responsible for the application of company and customer policies. (Governance) Leads and/or delivers services in assisting the Government in executing its IC-coordination and governance responsibilities by planning and providing administrative support for IC or Government working groups, meetings, and events. Events may take place on-site at Agency facilities or off-site, as requested by the Government, at varying classification levels depending on the subject matter and the Government’s direction. Responsible for all meeting or event preparation and logistical support before, during, and after the event or meeting through closeout activities of the meeting or event. (Task Management) Leads and/or delivers services that coordinate, prepare, and ensure accurate input for taskings. Prepares briefing books and other relevant presentation materials, as required. Assists with the development, maintenance, and tracking of legislative language, program plans, processes, schedules, and digital filing systems as well as internal and external taskings.

Requirements

  • Position requires a BA/BS and 12 years of experience
  • TS/SCI with Poly level clearance is required
  • Previous experience leading/supervising/managing others
  • Task 8 competency experience (task management and/or Governance)
  • Experience interfacing with senior leadership and stakeholders
