We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Senior Manager to join the Deltek ERP Implementation team in our Government Contract Advisory practice. CohnReznick is a hybrid firm and most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered remote which means it does not require job duties be performed within proximity of a CohnReznick office location. However, as a remote employee, you may be required to be present at a CohnReznick office with scheduled notice for client work, team meetings, or trainings. YOUR TEAM. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance, or other related field
  • 7-10+ years of experience, with direct Deltek Costpoint experience
  • Solid organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to multi-task
  • Ability to travel, if needed
  • Due to the nature of projects and work for this role, U.S. citizenship is required

  • The ideal candidate brings a combination of functional accounting leadership, technical Costpoint expertise, & consulting delivery experience , enabling them to guide clients through the full lifecycle of ERP transformation—from assessment & solution design through implementation, stabilization, & continuous improvement.
  • This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to client leadership, helping organizations align system capabilities with business objectives, regulatory requirements, & long-term growth strategies.
  • In addition to client delivery, this role will contribute to practice development , supporting internal teams, enhancing delivery methodologies, & driving consistency & quality across engagements.
  • The position requires strong leadership, the ability to operate across multiple client environments, & a deep understanding of GovCon compliance, financial processes, & system configuration.

Responsibilities

  • Lead & direct internal consulting team members, providing mentorship, oversight, & quality assurance to ensure successful delivery of client engagements.
  • Partner with client stakeholders—including Finance, Contracts, Program Management, HR, & Procurement—to facilitate alignment of financial processes, system functionality, & organizational objectives.
  • Advise clients on process improvements, automation opportunities, & leading practices to enhance operational efficiency & system effectiveness.
  • Support client business initiatives by contributing to pricing strategies, proposal development, & rate structure discussions as part of broader advisory services.
  • Provide actionable insights & strategic recommendations to client executive leadership, enabling informed decision-making throughout the ERP implementation & optimization lifecycle.
