This role is critical for us to succeed as an approachable, luxury destination offering best-in-class hospitality and exciting amenities for all. Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods of time, bend or reach to a height of 6 feet with or without assistance.
• Ability to obtain all necessary work cards.

Responsibilities

• Acting as an ambassador of the steakhouse.
• Proactively greeting Guests with a warm smile, be engaging and personable.
• Adhering to the practices of phone etiquette.
• Utilizing the Open Table Reservation system to manage the reservation process and for table seating management.
• Communicating with the service team to ensure any special Guest requests are acknowledged.
• Acknowledging departing Guests and bid them a fond farewell and a welcome return.
