You will be responsible for delivering service with a personal touch and delighting others whenever possible, all with an approachable sense of luxury.
Requirements
- Naturally kind, inclusive, forward-thinking, reliable, passionate, and self-aware.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods of time, bend or reach to a height of 6 feet with or without assistance.
- Ability to obtain all necessary work cards.
Responsibilities
- Acting as an ambassador of the steakhouse. Proactively greeting Guests with a warm smile, be engaging and personable.
- Adhering to the practices of phone etiquette. Utilizing the Open Table Reservation system to manage the reservation process and for table seating management.
- Communicating with the service team to ensure any special Guest requests are acknowledged.
- Acknowledging departing Guests and bid them a fond farewell and a welcome return.
