The Gourmet Market General Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of our market, including the selection, development, and performance management of team members. This role involves adhering to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize costs, ensuring operational expenses are in line with budgets, and maintaining a guest focus while performing duties. The General Manager will also be responsible for training and developing both front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) employees, managing shifts, investigating and resolving guest complaints, and ensuring a safe and secure working environment. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of all department policies, standards, and procedures, as well as familiarity with resort services and amenities. Availability for varied work assignments, including evenings, catering events, weekends, and holidays, is expected, along with compliance with all store market policies.
