About The Position
Tableau is an elegant restaurant at Wynn Resorts, presenting a charmingly elegant approach to breakfast, brunch, and lunch. It features market-fresh, seasonal ingredients and artistically crafted menus, offering elevated morning and midday favorites and chic signature dishes. The setting is described as brilliant, with crisp linens, hand-painted chairs, sculptural floral displays, and sunlit Rotunda windows, overlooking the sparkling Wynn Tower Suites pool and manicured gardens. The Gourmet Food Server at Tableau is responsible for creating the overall guest experience, taking food and beverage orders, carrying out wine and beverage service, performing table maintenance, completing side work, maintaining health code standards, and providing excellent customer service as defined by outlet standards. This role also involves handling guest checks and related financial transactions.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate in English fluently and in a professional manner
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience as a food server in a fine-dining restaurant
- Exhibit wine, beverage, basic food and advanced service knowledge to include wine service & up-selling
- Ability to work efficiently and within a team environment
- Applicants must be 21 years of age or above
- Ability to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards required, at present or in the future, for this position at all times
