Requirements
- Ability to communicate in English fluently and in a professional manner
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience as a food server in a fine-dining restaurant
- Exhibit wine, beverage, basic food and advanced service knowledge to include wine service & up-selling
- Ability to work efficiently and within a team environment
- Must be 21 years of age or above
- Must be able to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards required, at present or in the future, for this position at all times
Responsibilities
- Creating the overall guest experience
- Taking food/beverage orders
- Carrying out wine/beverage service
- Performing table maintenance
- Completing side work
- Maintaining health code standards
- Providing excellent customer service for our guests as defined by outlet standards
- Handling guest checks and related financial transactions
