About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Google Workspace Specialist to join our nearshore team based in Lisboa, Portugal. In this role, you will provide comprehensive technical support and administration for Google Workspace, serving as a key resource for our organization and supporting multiple regions across different time zones. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless implementation, user adoption, and ongoing optimization of Google Workspace tools while maintaining the highest standards of service delivery.

Requirements

Proven experience with Google Workspace administration and user support
Strong technical knowledge of Google Workspace applications and features
Experience with Google Workspace Admin Console and directory management
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Professional communication skills with the ability to support users at all technical levels
Experience providing technical support in a nearshore or remote environment
Familiarity with security and compliance best practices in cloud-based environments
Ability to create clear technical documentation and training materials
Proficiency in English; additional language skills are preferred
Experience with user onboarding and training programs
Knowledge of IT service management principles and practices
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a distributed team

Responsibilities

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Google Workspace applications including Gmail, Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Meet, Calendar, and other collaborative tools
Administer and manage Google Workspace accounts, user provisioning, and directory management through the Admin Console
Assist with user onboarding and training, creating documentation and conducting sessions to ensure effective adoption of Google Workspace features
Monitor system performance, security settings, and compliance requirements to maintain organizational data integrity
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Google Workspace solutions and manage migration projects
Analyze user feedback and identify opportunities for optimization and process improvements
Maintain organized records of support tickets, resolutions, and system configurations for future reference
Support multiple time zones and regions in a nearshore capacity, ensuring consistent service quality across all interactions
Troubleshoot technical issues efficiently and escalate complex problems to appropriate teams when necessary
Stay current with Google Workspace updates, features, and best practices to provide informed recommendations
