This is a 90-Day Specialized Internship / Consultancy role with a timeline from June 1 – August 31, 2026. The objective of this position is to provide a structured roadmap for the secure, ethical, and effective adoption of Google Gemini across the organization, ensuring IT guardrails are respected while maximizing productivity.

Requirements

Strong understanding of Generative AI principles and Google Workspace ecosystem.
Ability to translate technical IT guardrails into user-friendly guidance.
Strategic thinking regarding digital transformation and governance.
Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management.
Fluency in English is required, including strong writing and verbal skills.

Nice To Haves

Google Cloud Digital Leader or Google Workspace Administrator certification.
Completion of a recognized Generative AI Governance or Ethics course (e.g., via Coursera, LinkedIn Learning, or Google Cloud Skills Boost).
Portfolio or demonstrated experience in drafting organizational policies, managing Google Workspace environments, or implementing AI-driven workflows in a professional or academic setting.
