About The Position

This is a 90-Day Specialized Internship / Consultancy role with a timeline from June 1 to August 31, 2026. The Position Objective is to provide a structured roadmap for the secure, ethical, and effective adoption of Google Gemini across the organization, ensuring IT guardrails are respected while maximizing productivity.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of Generative AI principles and Google Workspace ecosystem.
  • Ability to translate technical IT guardrails into user-friendly guidance.
  • Strategic thinking regarding digital transformation and governance.
  • Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management.
  • Fluency in English is required, including strong writing and verbal skills.
  • Demonstrates empathy, creativity, and agility in the workplace
  • Willingness to ask questions and seek feedback
  • Excellent problem-solving and creative thinking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced environment and across multiple time zones and languages
  • Excellent verbal, intercultural and interpersonal communication skills

  • Dedicated to engaging in gender equity and social inclusion efforts as related to their role

Nice To Haves

  • Google Cloud Digital Leader or Google Workspace Administrator certification.
  • Completion of a recognized Generative AI Governance or Ethics course (e.g., via Coursera, LinkedIn Learning, or Google Cloud Skills Boost).
  • In lieu of formal certifications, we highly value a portfolio or demonstrated experience in drafting organizational policies, managing Google Workspace environments, or implementing AI-driven workflows in a professional or academic setting.

Responsibilities

  • Assess organizational readiness and current AI usage patterns.
  • Establish data privacy protocols and "Safe Search" boundaries.
  • Collaborate with IT to define administrative controls.
  • Identify high-impact use cases for departmental pilots.
