About The Position

TNT Growth is seeking an elite Google Ads expert with agency experience to join their mission. This role is not for a typical Media Buyer but for someone who lives and breathes the Google Ads platform, capable of going far beyond standard campaign management. The ideal candidate can identify account issues before clicking into campaigns, possesses strong opinions on creative, bidding, and landing page optimization, and can proactively solve problems. This position involves setting the standard for the team, preventing client issues, coaching other Growth Managers, and driving revenue results across a client portfolio. There is significant growth potential for the right individual as the company scales.

Requirements

Expertise in Google Ads (and ideally Meta Ads).
Proven ability to scale large budgets.
Experience rescuing underperforming accounts.
Strong opinions and deep knowledge of bid strategy.
Experience leading other marketers.
Ability to coach and provide effective feedback.
Distinguish between inability and unwillingness in team members.
Hunger for growth and readiness to earn title, compensation, and a seat at the table.
Strong client management and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work closely with TNT executives and high-level client stakeholders.
Focus on retention and strategy.
Proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to handle emergencies.
