About The Position
Baltimore Country Club is seeking friendly and energetic Golf Snack Shack Attendants for its Timonium location on the East and West Golf Courses. The role involves serving food and beverages, including alcoholic beverages, to golfers throughout the day. Key responsibilities include taking orders, preparing and serving items, restocking inventory, and maintaining a clean workspace, all while providing friendly and personable service. Attendants are expected to greet golfers with a smile and go the extra mile to enhance their experience. The club emphasizes creating memorable experiences for Members, Guests, and staff, empowering its team members to contribute to this goal.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years old or older (required to serve alcohol)
- Must have reliable transportation
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Comfortable talking to anyone
- Must work well in a team setting
- Organized with great time-management skills
- Ability to work in varying temperatures
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and reach throughout the shift
- Ability to lift 20 lbs
- Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Able to go above and beyond to help others
- Enjoy providing exceptional experiences
