Requirements
- Strong interest in cooking and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a team environment and take direction from leadership
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
Responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of chicken dishes, sides, and sauces according to established recipes and standards
- Ensure that all dishes are cooked to the appropriate temperature and presented in an attractive manner
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including equipment and work surfaces, adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient service
