About The Position

We are currently looking for an Installer to join one of our international partners. Requirements

  • Experience in installation, field service, technical assembly, construction, carpentry, AV systems, or a similar hands-on role.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Professional English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the EMEA region.
  • Physical ability to perform installation and equipment-handling tasks.
  • A valid driver's license.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience installing simulator systems, sports technology, AV equipment, or similar technical products.
  • Basic IT, networking, or software setup experience.
  • Experience working with ERP systems.
  • Experience conducting customer training or product demonstrations.
  • Experience working in an international environment.

Responsibilities

  • Install simulator solutions at customer locations throughout Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
  • Manage all aspects of the installation process, from preparation and coordination to final handover and documentation.
  • Prepare for installations by reviewing project documentation, coordinating with Project Leaders, and ensuring tools, materials, and deliveries are ready.
  • Arrange travel and communicate with customers ahead of installation visits.
  • Install, assemble, and configure simulator systems according to company standards and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot on-site challenges and implement practical solutions to ensure successful project completion.
  • Act as the main point of contact between customers and project teams throughout the installation process.
  • Conduct customer handovers, including equipment demonstrations and basic system setup guidance.
  • Maintain a professional, safe, and organized work environment while representing the company on-site.
  • Document completed installations, upload reports and technical records, and communicate any outstanding issues to project teams.
