About The Position

Enhances the golf experience for members and guests of Kalispel Golf and Country Club by delivering exceptional customer service in alignment with Kalispel Hospitality standards. Supports daily golf shop operations, assists with member services, and ensures a professional and welcoming environment at all times.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Tribal Gaming License
  • Valid driver’s license required and must be carried when operating a Tribal vehicle
  • Ability to safely operate a motor vehicle
  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong customer service skills required
  • Ability to exert up to 100 pounds occasionally, 50 pounds frequently, and 20 pounds constantly
  • Frequent standing and walking for extended periods
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull objects as required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Point of Sale (POS) systems

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience at a golf facility preferred
  • Customer service experience in hospitality or retail environment preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with members and guests
  • Professional demeanor with a positive and service-oriented attitude
  • Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities with minimal supervision
  • Basic knowledge of golf operations preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provides prompt, professional service to all members and guests in alignment with Kalispel Hospitality
  • Greets members and guests upon arrival and assists with directions, information, and general inquiries
  • Maintains cleanliness, organization, and presentation of golf shop, merchandise, fixtures, and equipment
  • Assists with tee time scheduling in accordance with club rules and procedures
  • Supports merchandise sales including product knowledge, pricing, and transaction processing
  • Checks in golfers and processes payments as required
  • Assists golf professional staff with monitoring pace of play and member services operations
  • Supports inventory management and maintains appropriate stock levels
  • Promotes club goods, services, and amenities to members and guests
  • Communicates member or guest concerns to golf professional staff for resolution
  • Maintains a professional demeanor and upholds high standards of conduct at all times
  • May be required to participate as a panelist in internal review or hiring processes
  • Maintains consistent attendance and reliability
  • Performs additional duties as assigned by golf operations management
