About The Position
Player Services at Bar Run Golf & RV Resort involves ensuring a seamless and positive experience for golfers, primarily through the management and preparation of golf carts and practice facilities. This role is crucial in maintaining the resort's standards for cleanliness, organization, and guest satisfaction. The team operates under a values-based culture that emphasizes creating exceptional experiences and fostering an inclusive environment.
Requirements
- Possess excellent verbal communication and people relations skills
- Must possess strong customer service skills and remain calm and work effectively in stressful situations
- Must possess a general understanding of pace of play, golf terminology and rules
- Able to remain in stationary position for minimum of two hours
Responsibilities
- Cleaning, washing, parking, staging, fueling and issuing golf carts for rent
- Restocking the Practice facility with range baskets
- Collecting, cleaning, and restocking range balls from the Practice facility
- Monitor the levels of waste baskets around the Clubhouse and replacing as necessary
- Cleaning of Rental Golf Clubs
- Disposing of grass at the shoe cleaning area at appropriate times
