About The Position

Blackhawk Country Club is seeking a Golf Outside Services Representative to join their team. This role is integral to providing the highest quality service to members and their guests, and will be a key part of the golf operations team, the Outside Service/Cart Staff, and the Practice Facility with TrackMan Technology team.

Requirements

• Previous golf outside services experience in high-end resorts or golf clubs preferred.
• General knowledge of the game of golf and golf etiquette preferred.
• A great attitude and commitment to providing amazing hospitality.
• The ability to multitask, produce accurate work, be flexible and have fun.
• Commitment to embrace our Core Values of Professionalism, Teamwork, Mutual Respect, and Accountability
• Valid work authorization for the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent hospitality by greeting each member and guest by name in a polite, friendly manner.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of carts and equipment.
• Monitor cart areas for any safety hazards or maintenance issues.
• Assist members and guests with their carts and bags.
• Assist with clearing chipping green and cleaning and setting up the driving range.
• Clean members and guests’ golf clubs after the round and take to the car or bag drop.
