About The Position

The Outside Service Attendants will assist the team of Golf Professionals and other Associates in the management of day-to-day golf operations at the facility. All duties of the position shall be performed to achieve the highest level of member and guest experience with a focus on total customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Conduct oneself in a professional manner and always maintain a professional image.
• Service and customer focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist the team of Golf Professionals and other Associates in the management of day-to-day golf operations.
• Achieve the highest level of member and guest experience with a focus on total customer satisfaction.
• Greet all Members and Guests by name and in a professional and friendly manner.
• Load/unload Member and Guest's bags onto and off carts.
• Wash, clean, and stock golf carts.
• Set up the driving range, maintain range ball stock, pick range balls, clean range balls, and close the driving range.
• Clean Member and Guest's clubs after they finish playing.
• Maintain a clean bag room area including Member bag storage and cart storage.
• Daily cart staging for regular play, tournaments, and outings.
