About The Position

Belfair, a premier private golf and residential community in Bluffton, South Carolina, managed by Troon, is seeking a Full-Time Outside Golf Services Attendant. This role is crucial in delivering first-class service to members and guests, ensuring a memorable golf experience. The attendant will be responsible for various tasks from greeting members and preparing golf carts to maintaining practice facilities and acting as an ambassador for Belfair.

Valid driver's license required.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physical tasks, including lifting golf bags and standing for extended periods.
Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Golf knowledge is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional service to members and guests from arrival to departure.
Greet members and guests at the bag drop and assist with loading golf bags onto carts.
Stage golf carts for daily play and ensure they are clean, stocked, and ready for use.
Provide directions and information regarding the golf shop, first tee, driving range, and other club amenities.
Collect, transport, and replenish range balls throughout the day.
Operate the range picker to retrieve golf balls from the practice facility.
Wash, clean, and prepare golf carts after each use.
Return carts to the cart barn and safely connect charging equipment when applicable.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional appearance of all outside golf operations.
Support all golf course policies, procedures, and service standards.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
