About The Position

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Golf Cart Attendant to join the team at Mountain Shadows Resort in Scottsdale, Arizona. This seasonal role is responsible for ensuring guests have an enjoyable golf experience by providing excellent service, assisting with golf bags, and meeting any requested needs. The attendant will work closely with the team, requiring quick thinking and an engaging attitude. Requirements

Must be 17 years of age.
Hold a valid driver’s license.
Excellent customer service skills.
Pleasant personality.
Flexible with work schedule.
Weekends and holidays required.
Knowledge of the property and surrounding area.
Ability to work in a guest service environment where exceeding expectations is the norm.
Ability to take direction, desire to learn, and communicate effectively.
Have an understanding of the game of golf.
Ability to stand and/or walk continuously to perform essential job functions.
Ability to extend arms, bend, stoop, stand and walk areas for extended periods of time.
Ability to push, pull or lift loads weighing up to 30 lbs.
Ability to work in extreme weather conditions hot, cold or wet.
Hearing and visual ability to be able to observe and anticipate guest needs.
Sufficient strength and physical dexterity to perform duties and responsibilities of job.

Responsibilities

Greet each guest with a smile and warm welcome upon arrival and departure.
Promptly load and unload golfers' bags between the Bag Drop, Bag room, and Guest Services area.
Clean golf clubs after rounds or practice.
Keep the Staging Area stocked with carts.
Maintain the Practice Range.
Follow instructions from the Professional Staff during outings and tournaments.
Maintain a neat and clean work area at all times.
