About The Position

This role involves assisting with the daily operations of the golf facilities, ensuring a high level of cleanliness, efficiency, and organization. The primary focus is on creating a welcoming and safe environment for guests, providing exceptional customer service, and managing bookings and sales through the POS system. A key aspect of the role is becoming proficient in Trackman Range technology to assist guests.

Responsibilities

Assist with the golf department’s opening and closing duties
Assist with daily operations of the golf facilities and technology
Ensure that the golf facilities maintain a high level of cleanliness, efficiency, and organization at all times
Create a fun, welcoming, and safe environment for guests of all ages and skill levels
Greet guests entering the facility, proactively anticipate guests’ needs, and provide exceptional customer service
Answer incoming phone calls to the golf shop, make bookings over the phone, and assist with any questions guests may have
Utilize POS system to sell Links Putting Passes and merchandise available for purchase in the golf shop
Check in guests for their upcoming reservations and manage current/upcoming bookings
Walk guests to their assigned bays, explain bay rules, and introduce to Trackman Range technology
Become an expert in Trackman Range technology and be available to quickly resolve any guest questions or issues related to using Park North’s golf facilities (training provided!)
Facilitate positive guest experiences and proper usage of the driving range bays and Links Putting Course
Assist with all other duties assigned
