About The Position

Congressional Country Club is seeking a Golf Operations Administrator to serve as a key support partner to the Golf operation. This role helps create seamless experiences for Members, while supporting communication, organization, and administrative excellence across the department. The ideal candidate is highly organized, relationship-focused, proactive, and passionate about creating exceptional experiences through thoughtful coordination and service. Requirements

  • Exceptional organizational and administrative skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.
  • Experience supporting Members, guests, clients, or customers in a hospitality-focused environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business software systems.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in golf, hospitality, private clubs, events, or customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Member preferences and maintain accurate records to personalize the golf experience.
  • Assist Members with tee time reservations at Congressional and reciprocal clubs.
  • Coordinate department communications, including email campaigns, announcements, and event communications.
  • Serve as a resource for Member billing questions and assist with account follow-up.
  • Organize and maintain golf office systems, records, supplies, and administrative processes.
  • Support the planning and execution of Member golf events, tournaments, and special programs.
  • Coordinate team schedules, departmental celebrations, recognition efforts, and internal communications.
  • Assist with club relationships and reservation requests.
  • Maintain accurate reports, participation data, and operational records.
  • Partner with departments across the Club to strengthen the connection between golf and the overall Member experience.
  • Support golf leadership with special projects and operational initiatives.
  • Build positive relationships with Members, guests, and team members throughout the Club.
  • Represent Congressional Country Club with professionalism, hospitality, and attention to detail.
