Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Hospitality, or related field preferred
5+ years of experience in golf management, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role
Strong knowledge of golf operations, including pro shop management and course maintenance
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Proven track record in driving revenue and achieving financial targets
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Proficiency in golf-related technology and software systems
PGA or equivalent certification is a plus

Responsibilities

Assist with managing all aspects of the golf operations, including the pro shop, course maintenance, and guest services
Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue and maximize profitability
Foster a culture of exceptional customer service and create memorable experiences for golfers
Recruit, train, and lead a team of golf professionals, instructors, and support staff
Oversee golf event planning and execution, including tournaments and outings
Ensure the golf facilities are maintained to the highest standards of playability and appearance
Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures
Build and maintain relationships with golf associations, sponsors, and vendors
