About The Position

Become proficient or adept at operating machinery or small equipment as it pertains to maintaining a golf course. The work requires considerable and strenuous physical exertion such as frequent climbing of tall ladders, lifting heavy objects over 75 pounds, crouching, long periods of standing; walking over rough, uneven, or rocky surfaces; recurring bending, stooping, stretching, reaching, or similar activities or crawling in restricted areas. The work environment is associated with all types of extreme weather and temperatures (hot and cold). The work involves moderate risks or discomforts requiring special safety precautions, e.g., working around moving parts, carts, or machines, or with irritant chemicals. Employees may be required to use protective clothing or gear such as masks, glasses, hard hats, gloves and boots.

Requirements

• Must be a highly motivated individual.
• Must have the ability to perform physical tasks related to the operation of small equipment and tools.
• Valid Driver’s License and D.M.V. Driving History Printout (no more than 30 days old).
• Minimum age requirement: 21 years old.
