About The Position

This position performs hard physical labor on a golf course, including working on hillsides. Responsibilities include weed-eating bunker faces and lake edges, hand watering greens, painting, power-washing buildings and fences, general cleanup of trash and debris, and removing/pushing dirt. The role also involves carrying heavy materials like sandbags and supporting increased workloads with higher physical demands. Service to internal and external customers is expected, reflecting the company culture of Satisfaction, Togetherness, Appreciation, and Recognition (S.T.A.R.). Additionally, employees are responsible for reporting any Internal Control or State Regulation violations related to gaming activity to the on-site IGC Agent, Security, and Supervisor on Duty, in accordance with the company's Self-Reporting Policy. Miscellaneous duties may also be assigned.

Requirements

Able to follow directions and Company customer service procedures.
Ability to handle hand tools.

Responsibilities

Painting, power-wash buildings, fences, etc.
General cleanup of trash, debris, grass clippings, leaves, etc.
Removing and pushing dirt as needed.
Carry heavy materials such as sandbags.
Support the increased workload and ensure tasks requiring higher physical demands are handled efficiently.
Provide service to internal and external customers which reflects the company culture of Satisfaction, Togetherness, Appreciation and Recognition. (S.T.A.R.).
Responsible for immediately informing on-site IGC Agent on duty, Security and Supervisor on Duty of any Internal Control or State Regulation violations related to gaming activity of which you commit, witness or become aware; must report pursuant to company Self-Reporting Policy.
Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.
