As a member of the Golf team, this person will interact with our members, assist with activities on the golf course as needed and oversee golf starting activities. Requirements

High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED); or prior related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ideal candidate will have previous experience with providing exceptional customer service
The employee is occasionally required to lift/pull/push up to 100 pounds with assistance.
Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic team member who works well with others
Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Strong interpersonal communication skills

Responsibilities

Ensure all supplies, documents, and equipment are ready prior to the first tee time
Greet golfers in a friendly manner and responsible for organizing play
Ensure appropriate fees have been paid or charged and that all golfers are in appropriate attire and have required equipment
Inform golfers of expected pace of play, local rules, conditions, and procedures
Maintain tee sheets, record numbers of golf cars used and inform golf central of all changes and additions to tee sheets
Return forms and tee sheets to designated office at the end of the day (when acting as course marshal)
Be alert for any injuries or health problems among golfers and provide assistance as necessary
Observe course for litter, debris, or obstructions and correct or notify the responsible department
Maintain cleanliness of starter building and surrounding area
Assist Golf Operation by shuttle driving, signage output and other tournament needs
