About The Position

Seabreeze Management Company is seeking a Seasonal Part-Time Golf Course Outside Services Attendant. This role ensures the smooth operation of the outside components of golf, including managing the golf cart fleet, driving range, and putting green, as well as maintaining facility cleanliness and grounds upkeep. Requirements

Previous experience in a customer service or golf course environment is preferred but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well in a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Ability to lift and carry heavy items, work outdoors in various weather conditions, and stand or walk for extended periods.
Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Availability for weekends, holidays, evenings, days, and a monthly rotating schedule.

Responsibilities

Meet and greet all guests in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
Communicate clearly and professionally to assist guests in playing the course.
Provide guests with carts in excellent working condition, directing them to the staging area and returning them to the cart barn free of debris and items.
Ensure carts are properly washed, stored, and plugged into chargers.
Comply with safety procedures and policies, including safely operating golf carts.
Inspect carts and equipment for wear and damage, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and proper working order; report damage and concerns to the Golf Pro on duty promptly.
Coordinate with the Pro Shop Attendant to maintain cart availability and ensure guests follow rules.
Assist guests with golf bags, loading and unloading onto carts, and maintain the bag drop-off area.
Maintain the grounds of the players' entrance, staging area, driving range, tee green, and Pro Shop.
Maintain all Cart Barn work, storage, and service areas.
Assist guests with golf rental equipment, including rental agreements and inventory of each rental set before and after a guest's round.
Maintain good personal hygiene and report to work in a clean, neat uniform.
Explain golf products and services and other information about Desert Princess to guests.
Work with the Assistant Golf Professional in the setup and execution of tournaments and outings.
Participate in required employee orientation and safety trainings.
Report guest complaints promptly to the Golf Pro Assistant.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
