About The Position

As a Mechanic Technician, you will repair and maintain all golf course equipment and small gas-powered hand tools, and will utilize technical skills to ensure accurate repairs and effective preventive maintenance programs, including changing oil, filters, tires, etc. The Mechanic Tech is responsible for daily inspections for safety, cleanliness, quality of grass cut, and height of grass cut. You will uphold all maintenance schedules related to reel grinding, preventative maintenance, and record-keeping.

Requirements

Ability to properly operate all maintenance equipment associated with this department.
Ability to lift and carry up to 60 pounds.
Flexible work schedule required.
Must be in compliance with and support Drug Free Workplace Policy.
Requires a basic set of employee-owned tools.
Basic computer skills.

Nice To Haves

Mechanical experience helpful, but not required.
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
