About The Position

Job Summary:

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our Golf Course Maintenance Grounds Crew. The ideal candidates will be responsible for maintaining the golf course's landscape, ensuring a pristine playing environment for our guests. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for outdoor work.

Requirements

• Previous experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance is preferred but not required
• Ability to operate lawn care equipment and machinery safely and effectively
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Valid Driver's License.
• 18 years of age and over preferred.
• Ability to lift 50lbs.
• Ability to work outside in a variety of weather conditions including inclement conditions when necessary (afternoons preferred)
• Ability to work weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging of grass areas
• Assist in the maintenance of golf course greens, tees, and fairways
• Operate and maintain various landscaping equipment and tools
• Monitor and manage irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of the course
• Assist in the application of fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides as needed
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high standards of course presentation
• Participate in seasonal projects such as aeration, overseeding, and landscaping improvements
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
