Requirements

Ability to operate grounds maintenance equipment safely and effectively
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
Physical stamina and ability to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions
Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or turf management preferred
Knowledge of golf course maintenance standards is a plus

Responsibilities

Mow, edge, and trim fairways, greens, tees, and roughs to maintain optimal playing conditions
Perform routine landscaping tasks including planting, watering, fertilizing, and aerating turf areas
Operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and irrigation systems
Assist with course setup and preparation for tournaments, events, and daily play
Ensure safety protocols are followed during all groundskeeping activities
Monitor and report any course maintenance issues or hazards to management
Support seasonal tasks such as snow removal or leaf cleanup as needed
